Associate Financial Consultant Opportunity 
Krall & Williams Group – Red Deer, Alberta 

Krall & Williams Group has an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Associate Financial Consultant to join a tenured financial services practice in Red Deer, Alberta

The Associate will be joining a well-established practice that specializes in solution-based planning for professionals, business owners, high-net-worth pre-retirees, and retirees. These clients require an advanced skill set to achieve growth-oriented and tax-efficient results. The Associate’s current practice will align with this target market and demographic. 

The qualified individual is seeking a long-term career with future equity and ownership within Krall & Williams Group, helping to grow the practice and support senior consultants with succession planning. 

The successful candidate will be well-versed in financial planning software and competent in managing and onboarding new clients.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing clients to develop high-net-worth introductions  
  • Servicing clients and managing their expectations  
  • Gathering client data to prepare financial plans and offer tailored solutions 
  • Assisting the team in reviewing client information and formulating recommendations 
  • Building client relationships as part of the team and independently 

 

Qualifications: 

  • CFP designation or equivalent, or actively working towards completion 
  • MFDA, AMF, or IIROC (RR) license 
  • Life insurance license or actively working towards completion 
  • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, managing an existing client base 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Professional phone and face-to-face communication
