Ideal week:

  • Focus on prospecting, client acquisition and asset transfers into the firm.
  • Run advanced financial planning discovery, analysis, and implementation of solutions
  • Collaborate with seasoned local and national experts to create unique solutions aimed at growing wealth, saving tax and preserving client financial legacy
  • Building high-performing, tax-efficient, fee-transparent investment portfolios
  • Utilizing our in-house administrative team to carefully onboard new clients
  • Engage with centres of influence to attract high net worth client referrals
  • Be involved in the community to raise financial planning awareness and to give back

Ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Completed industry licensing – MFDA
  • Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain
  • A financial planning designation considered an asset
  • Proven track record for sparking new relationships and bringing on high value clients
  • This opportunity is well-suited for an advisor with existing relationships looking to transfer to a financial planning firm

Compensation:

  • Combination of a fixed earnings amount and performance incentives
  • Expected earnings range of $60,000 per year based on education/experience
  • Opportunity for equity ownership in the practice
