Our team is a leading Ontario based Private Wealth Management practice. We provide a full range of financial products and services to high net worth families, entrepreneurs, professionals and business owners in Greater Toronto Area.  We have been in practice for 21 years.

Drawing on previous experience in an administrative role, you will be responsible for providing complete administrative support in the execution of our practice business plan while operating in a fast-paced, confidential, multi-tasking environment.  You must be a self-motivated, highly organized individual with an ease for communication and a passion for client service.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL

  • Help conduct the smooth operation of a wealth management office. 
  • Provide support on financial planning software including the review and development of written financial reports for prospects and clients;
  • Meet with clients to review and execute all paperwork by following the Consultant recommended course of action.
  • Prepare documents for client reviews and actively participate in all associated follow up
  • Ensure business tasks of the entire team are carried through to completion.
  • Manage and resolve client service items.
  • Processing/reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts;
  • Assist with phone operations and mail preparation, when needed.

 TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU SHOULD POSSESS

  • Experience in the financial services industry;
  • College degree in Finance or Math, preferred;
  • Knowledge of financial planning systems (PFP, NaviPlan, etc.);
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC), in Alberta, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain;
  • CFP® designation or willing to obtain; and
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
