Drawing on previous experience in an administrative role, you will be responsible for providing complete administrative support in the execution of  Seeley & Shoemaker Group business plan while operating in a fast-paced, confidential, multi-tasking environment.  You must be a self-motivated, highly organized individual with an ease for communication and a passion for client service.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

  • Help conduct the smooth operation of a wealth management office.
  • Provide support on financial planning software including the review and development of written financial reports for prospects and clients.
  • Meet with clients to review and execute all paperwork by following the Consultant recommended course of action.
  • Prepare documents for client reviews and actively participate in all associated follow up.
  • Ensure business tasks of the entire team are carried through to completion.
  • Manage and resolve client service items.
  • Processing/reviewing daily business transactions regarding client accounts.
  • Assist with phone operations and mail preparation, when needed.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • College degree in Finance or Math, preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial planning systems.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC), in Alberta, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) or willing to obtain.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Must have CFP® designation.
