Description du poste :

Ce poste exige un conseiller ou conseillère inscrit(e) en valeurs mobilières.

Les conseillers et conseillères du Canal organisationnel offrent des services de planification et des conseils hors pair à la clientèle grâce au Plan vivant IG. Pour les spécialistes de la planification financière, il s’agit d’une occasion unique de recevoir une rémunération globale concurrentielle comprenant un salaire de base, des primes, des avantages sociaux et un régime de retraite, tout en servant des clients d’IG et en gagnant un revenu variable non plafonné. Le conseiller ou la conseillère, IG Gestion de patrimoine, Canal organisationnel assumera ses fonctions principalement à distance tout en ayant l’occasion de travailler dans un bureau régional d’IG Gestion de patrimoine au besoin, afin de mettre en œuvre la démarche de planification financière globale d’IG, qui va au-delà du simple choix des placements pour tenir compte de tous les aspects de la vie financière de la clientèle, y compris les stratégies de placement, la planification de la retraite, les prêts hypothécaires, les services bancaires et l’assurance.
 
Responsabilités :

Procurer des plans financiers globaux qui tiennent compte de tous les aspects de la vie financière de la clientèle, notamment de ses objectifs à court et à long terme, de la fiscalité, des questions de retraite et de la planification successorale.
Cerner des occasions d’approfondir et de solidifier les relations avec la clientèle tout en veillant à ce que les exigences réglementaires soient suivies. Contribuer à une expérience client positive en suivant un modèle de priorisation de 85 % pour le service aux clients établis, conformément à la norme de service du Canal organisationnel, et de 15 % pour l’élargissement de la clientèle.
Optimiser l’efficacité du travail et rehausser les niveaux de service par l’utilisation des outils numériques d’IG Gestion de patrimoine.
Gérer les priorités courantes, traiter les communications entrantes et sortantes avec les clients, et exécuter les campagnes proactives et les activités de fidélisation mises de l’avant par notre équipe du Marketing.
Utiliser les rapports, les outils et les analyses pour déceler les futures occasions d’affaires.
 
Compétences :

Conseiller ou conseillère inscrit(e) en valeurs mobilières
Au moins trois années d’expérience en planification financière
Souci d’atteindre constamment un rendement élevé, excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la vente, et excellence démontrée en matière de planification financière.
Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline pertinente.
PQAP et réussite de l’examen provincial pour l’obtention du permis d’assurance.
Utilisation habile des outils numériques, y compris le logiciel de gestion des relations avec la clientèle et le logiciel de planification financière.
Titre de Pl. Fin. (planificateur financier) ou de CFP® un atout, ou volonté manifeste de l’obtenir au cours des deux premières années de service.
Grande compréhension du secteur, de la concurrence et des enjeux liés aux marchés économiques.
Accent sur le service à la clientèle et capacité démontrée d'interagir de façon professionnelle avec les clients, principalement dans un environnement virtuel.
La personne recherchée a l’esprit d’équipe, travaille de façon systématique et s’épanouit dans un milieu de travail positif.
Bilinguisme (anglais-français) est requis.

Advisors in the Corporate Channel provide proactive outstanding planning and advice to clients leading with the IG Living Plan. The role provides a unique opportunity for financial planners to receive a competitive total compensation package including base salary, bonus, benefits and pension, while having the opportunity to serve existing IG clients and earn uncapped variable income. The Advisor, IG Wealth Management, Corporate Channel role is a primarily remote role where individuals have the opportunity to work from an IG Wealth Management region office when needed as they deliver on IG’s holistic approach to financial planning which goes beyond traditional investment advice to include all aspects of the client’s financial life including investment strategies, retirement planning, mortgages, banking and insurance.
 
Responsibilities:

Providing clients with holistic financial plans that consider all aspects of their financial life including their short and long-term goals, tax, retirement, risk management and estate planning.
Identifying opportunities to deepen and solidify the relationship with the client while ensuring regulatory guidelines are followed
Supporting a positive client experience with an 85% focus on servicing existing clients according to the Corporate Channel service standard and 15% on growing the client base.
Maximizing efficiency and enhancing service levels through the use of IGWM’s digital tools
Managing day-to-day priorities, servicing inbound/outbound client contacts, executing on proactive campaigns, and retention activities that are provided by our Marketing team.
Using reporting, tools, and analysis to support the identification of future business opportunities.
 
Qualifications:

Mutual fund licensed or Securities licensed
3+ years of client facing financial planning experience
Performance-driven high achiever with strong relationship and sales skills along with demonstrated financial planning excellence.
University Degree in a relevant field
LLQP and Provincial Licensing exam passed for Insurance or willingness to be completed within first 60 days of employment.
ETF approved for trading completed.
Proficiency in the use of digital tools, including CRM and Financial Planning software
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Financial Planner (“F.Pl") designation preferred or willing to actively pursue within first 2 years in role
Understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and economic market issues
Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively and independently, provide assistance, and build relationships.
Customer service orientation, with a demonstrated ability to professionally interact with clients, in a primarily virtual setting
